As the user and potential client of What Do I Do First (a subsidy of IncuBiz Marketing Group) you (hereinafter referred to as the user) understand that the first appointment that is booked through this website is a free consultation regarding service only and no information regarding business strategies will be discussed until the user becomes a paid client of What Do I Do First.
The user understands that should they become a client of What Do I Do First that What Do I Do First unless further terms are agreed to in writing by both parties, only provides consultation as well as marketing research. What Do I Do First may perform, if terms are agreed to by both parties, manufacturing research on the user’s behalf. Should those services be provided, What Do I Do First makes no guarantees regarding manufacturing, obtaining a manufacturer, or costs of manufacturing.
What Do I Do First makes no guarantees regarding any level of success in any aspect of the user’s business, this includes but is not limited to sales, online web traffic, finding a manufacturer, securing shelf space, or distribution for a product.
The user understands that all decisions are solely the user’s decision and that What Do I Do First is not responsible for the outcome of decisions made by the user.
What Do I Do First is not responsible for the actions of any third party, (including but not limited to service providers, manufacturers, or suppliers, even if recommended by What Do I Do First), this includes, but is not limited to costs of manufacturing, meeting agreed-upon deadlines, and quality of manufacturing or material used. The user acknowledges that it is the user’s sole responsibility to vet and qualify any entity the user intends to do business with on any level.
The user understands that What Do I Do First is there to provide research and consultation, throughout the business development process, but all final decisions are the user’s and the user’s alone.
In no event will What Do I Do First be liable for you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance of the information provided here, even if advised of the possibility of damages.
The user understands that What Do I Do First is not a law firm and none of its employees are lawyers and any consultation cannot and will not be regarded as legal advice.
The user understands that What Do I Do First is not a financial consultant and any consultation cannot be considered as financial consultation as such, What Do I Do First is not responsible for any financial loss.
What Do I Do First is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for results obtained from the use of the information provided herein or provided by any representative of What Do I Do First or affiliates.
What Do I Do First does not make any representations as to the accuracy or suitability of any of the information contained herein or by any representative of What Do I Do First or affiliates and does not accept responsibility or liability for the conduct or content of third parties.
The first month’s fee is non-refundable. After the first month’s payment, the user has a three-day grace period after the processing of each successive month’s payment, if the user has not had any contact/consultation with anyone from What Do I Do First or affiliates within those initial three days of the monthly billing, the user may request a refund of that month’s fees. After the expiration of the three-day grace period, user’s payment is non-refundable.
